I'd say 78 Brand is a bit more classic tasting, but with better ingredients. Sir Kensington's has some unique flavors, so it depends what you're after.

For me, 78 Brand is less sweet than Sir Kensington's and a little more robust. Both are good, but I prefer 78 for everyday use. And no HFCS is a plus.

I'm pretty sure they are. I saw it mentioned somewhere on their site that they don't use gluten-containing ingredients. But you might want to double check the specific product pages.

I've never had to return anything, but I think for food items it's usually not a return, more like a refund if you're really unhappy. Might be worth checking their policy page.
